While this movie is about supernatural things, it tries to be a relationship drama more than anything else. That works surprisingly well, but not quite all the way. The supernatural elements are not sufficiently laid out so that you can anticipate and build the tension around them and the story hinges on some pretty flimsy plot points in the end. It's a pretty movie and it is very well acted and directed and it's certainly not a bad time for anyone, but it isn't the grandest …
